Little Gretel - Boerne

Absolutely love this restaurant food. Excellent quality, delicious healthy. Not many of scratches restaurant nowadays. Our favorite is the Rahm Schitzel with calf and purple cabbage. It comes with sparrow and red cabbage, but I get double German red cabbage because it is so good. It is perfect for a special occasion or just because. I love German food, but if you are not sure they have other delicious food. They also have good lunch specialties and excellent Sundays. Recommend this restaurant.

Had our first visit here today and everything was delicious. The story on the menu and decor on the walls was interesting. We wanted to try something of everything, so we had to order some things like the cherry coffee cake, Kolaches and the soup of the day! Definitely recommend it here!

Little Gretel was an unexpected joy! We visited the area and looked for a more authentic German cuisine, and something randomly chose this place. The decor was eclectic and the waiters were very polite. The food was tasty and really remembers meals enjoyed in Germany and the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a good German meal, you should add Little Gretel to your trip!

The food and dessert are REALLY GOOD!!! I had the Jaeger Schnitzel in pig and sparrow The apple strudel was delicious!!!

Ordered breakfast and was not disappointed. This is the 3 egg Gouda omelette with a side of bacon. So yummy! The coffee was excellent as well it actually had flavor and wasn't too strong (think European). If you are in the area, stop by!
