Nice place, very cozy and beautifully illuminated. Service was excellent, very friendly and efficient. We had to start Scallops and Wale, reindeer and Tørrfisk for the net. Everything was beautifully presented and looked great. The scallops were very good, but unfortunately all other dishes he quite bland.. all very well cooked, but too much emphasis on making a dish, without taste through. I expected a little more. In addition, the costs come and have to say that I have no 4.
The service was great and fast without rushing. Give water to drink while I chose my order, and then bread and a delicious seasoned butter while I waited. The meal was amazing! Delicious and wonderful combination of aromas on Yes. I had Grilled Tørrfisk. I had the sticky toffe for dessert and WOW, the butter ice cream on it was a burst of rich taste far beyond my expectations!
Cosy place with standard and good location in the center of the city. We came for a dinner, got an option of the 4-course menu presented from the table. But we just wanted a single court. The waitress who served us knew what I appreciate most. Since I would like to taste Norwegian cuisine or something the next, I ordered Stockfish from Værøy(tørfisk), in my opinion it was a bit dry kchewy, byc eatables, but I have a statement, its outside dried on the wooden frame (very often in Lofoten). Beef and duck breast were very delicious. Cherry mousse and cheese plate were the perfect end of dinner, and we could leave with smiles on our faces.
