Many great vegetarian options; was not the feeling of veggie burgers though. The Tibetan soups were delicious with some chili sauce:
Had a delicious veggie Tibetan Then-Thuk (noodle soup). Wide menu choice of both Tibetan and western dishes including soup (Thukpa and Then-Thuk), momo (Tibetan dumplings), chow mein, rice dishes, spring rolls, risotto, pasta, burgers, cakes, pancakes and more!
I enjoyed a delicious veggie then-thuk (noodle soup) at this restaurant. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, featuring both Tibetan and Western dishes. You'll find options like thukpa and then-thuk soups, momo (Tibetan dumplings), chow mein, rice dishes, spring rolls, risotto, pasta, burgers, cakes, pancakes, and much more!
I fondly recall the Tibetan soup and the momos. In Bodhgaya, particularly outside the Tibetan restaurants, these dishes tend to be hot, spicy, and rich in masala—very much in the Indian style! However, Om Café offers plant-based versions that maintain the authentic Tibetan flavor without compromising the taste.
