Eppendorfs Vinothek - Bochum

Beautiful ambience, nice operation and a creative mind that reinterpretes dishes and spoils the palate. We enjoyed the evening and like to come again - also because of the wine selection.

We were able to be guests in the eppendorfer vinothek more often. Today we visited a spontaneous visit and were served and hosted - once again - for the best.This time for the only small hunger there was, on recommendation of the chef and owner, and off the map of grater cake/Rösti with fresh salmon and real cavier. a taste experience that was still rounded off by the recommended Grauburgunder. We are happy to come back.All customers should not be deterred by the current construction site in eppendorf, it is always worth it.

Small card often promises to eat good food. that was also redeemed. made of good ingredients and without long waiting times for the table. After our first visit to the vinothek eppendorf was already clear: we have to go back soon! before two weeks it was so far. from the owner and chef marco mansutti we were greeted as old friends. again we left signore mansutti the sequence of our menu. as a starter was the "antipasti della casa". inlaid vegetables, dried tomatoes, excellent olives, prosciutto daniele and much more. fresh baguette. the secondi consisted of spaghetti with fresh tomato and buffalo mozzarella from the cilento as well as wonderful tagliolini with jacobs mussels in cognacsauce. Just heavenly!To the main dish I took the calf liver with feldsalat, while my wife chose the fried doradenfilet on belugalinsen. both had been cooked and perfectly seasoned.After this excellent manor, we did not have a place for one more dessert for our suffering, so that we had the evening with two espressi.The vinothek restaurant is a light view in the otherwise quite infallible bochumer gastronomy. in autumn we will come back!

Top service, not intrusive, quality of products really very good, a balanced map with good tag recommendations (cholle was excellent), also recommended for an evening with children (so there were for our sohn carving, even if it wasn't on the map). in bochum certainly one of the best restaurants. it is also worth visiting only for a glass wine.
