Duffy's Sports Grill - Boca Raton

We eat at Duffy's in Boca at least once a week. We always look forward to having Lyndsay as our server. She always has a smile and an amazing attitude. She is an asset to Duffy's. She makes being there pleasurable always smiling a efficient.Food: 5/5

The service staff are great! The food is consistently good and 2-4-1 drinks is always fun! Great place to catch a game with the many TVs available but it's not a loud sports bar either. The MVP rewards is a bonus feature as well all of which keep me coming back for more!Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating to my children with strict gluten and vegan dietary restrictions, we really enjoy eating here!

I really enjoy coming for lunch I go about twice a month for lunch. Duffy's won't disappoint. Get their ribs and shrimp dinner it is greatFood: 5/5

We frequent this Duffys and enjoy it. We came with friends and kids. All food was good, one thing that stood out was that the nachos had a lot of guacamole. Usually not a problem but it had oxidized a bit so it was brown and there wasn't as much meat on the nachos like usual. Just a heads up. I Placed a to go order which was royally wrong...I didn't notice until I got home. I ordered a burger and wings. How can you mess that up. I ate it (hangry/hungry)and came in the next day for a drink. I told the manager (jessica) who was super nonchalant about it which made me pissed. I've managed a restaurant before and this is definitely not kosher according to her i should have called the day of so because i came the day after, my complaint wasnt valid. God forbid i was hungry and ate it. If I could give half a star I would. At this point it's not about the order it was how she dealt with it. I'm local so duffys is a must for me...Jessica needs more training. Customer service and customer satisfaction is everything
