Brendy's Yogurt Ice Cream - Boca Raton

Absolutely horrible. The manager was yelling at one of her employees in front of everyone. The humiliation that poor girl felt. Then once the manager went to serve us she got her fingers in the icecream. No gloves?!

This store is located on Clintmore and Jog Rd. Boca Raton. We have been going there for some time and ordered a medium yogurt and asked for an extra small cup. The owner refused to give it to me. The yogurt is expensive. I couldn't believe at these prices he couldn't spare an extra small cup. He couldn't have cared less when I said I wouldn't return. The cherry on top was that the yogurt tasted icy. I will not return. There are lots of Brendys that are customer friendly.

I’ve been going to this place for ice-cream for close to 4 years now. They always have had the best flavors and never disappointed. Tonight when I went there and was enjoying my ice-cream, with my family of 4, the person working there (Kiki) walks to our table and told us to walk out of the store and sit outside. When I asked her why I should go out and sit she said she needed to clean, I asked her what time was the closing and she said it was 10:45pm and she was asking us to leave at 10:15pm. I had a 5yr old and a 10yr old with me on the table, who I had to unwillingly take out while they were in the middle of eating. I was really mad at Kiki for her behavior, her colleague saw that and came out and apologized to us, while Kiki came out and started arguing that she needs to clean as she can’t wait till closing as it gets late for her to get home. I’m not sure what kind of customer service this place is providing, but my day definitely didn’t turn sweet after eating that ice cream. While we sat out and finished our ice cream, I learnt there were another bunch of customers thrown out of the store before us for the same reason. Regulars like us will think twice before going here again. Watch out, you don’t want your ice cream experience to turn sour. My worst experience of customer service, living 18 years in United States.

I walked in earlier and there was a young girl about 3 or 4 Yrs old behind the counter with her hands deep into the M&M bowl After a minute or so someone finally came from the back I told her about it and I let her know it wasn't acceptable Only posting this for everyone's well being No idea where else her little hands were I'm sure the owner will see to that never happening again

Great place! Ice cream is very delicious. Took my kids there and they love it. We will come back
