Restaurante El Canda - Boca del Río

Open terrace overlooking the place where the river Jamapa meets the mouth. This is an excellent place to bring visitors to an experience of Boca Del Río hospitality and seafood at a reasonable price. Review the friendly and energetic staff in the children's playroom, which is easily seen through windows from your table.

The location is great, with a view of a mouth, but it is an open restaurant (no AC) with just fans. I'm sorry to say in Veracruz you need AC. The food is ok, nothing but other seafood restaurant in Veracruz. Will not return because... the place is not really clean and also because there is no AC.

Great location and food with a beautiful terrace. Either with friends or family (children's service available) a typical restaurant to visit next to the river. Good local food with beer on buckets can be spent most afternoon in this place.

This restaurant has a beautiful terrace while you eat delicious food such as Oktopus Tacos and drink a beer that feels the breeze from the river, it has a special place with a/c for children with a nanny, you do not have to worry about your children. The perfect place to enjoy.

I went to El Canda on a tuesday afternoon, the place was quiet and we could enjoy a peaceful meal with Clamato-Micheladas drinks as a great companion! They told us that the place is usually more packed but even with the place full there is...enough place around, the waiter was kind and the views around from the terrace are beautiful. I ordered green ceviche as a starter and combined oysters as a second plate and I could barley finish the oysters, i will be looking forward to return on my next trip to El Canda to try some other plates!
