Groucho's Deli - Blythewood

I am very disappointed in Grouchos! I placed an online order with them and asked my mother-in-law to pick it up since she was already out. She stated that when she walked in at 8:15pm (they close at 8:30) one of the employees threw her hands up and threw her head back; angry that my mother-in-law walked in at that time. That was very rude and child like! Almost like throwing a temper tantrum. I understand that she might have been upset that my mother-in-law was walking in late but she was ONLY picking up. Well to make matters worse when she gets home with the food, my wife's salad has cheese on it which I strictly asked for no cheese due to her being lactose intolerant. I'm not sure what's going on over there but Im done. This is the 2nd time they've gotten my order wrong and put cheese on my wife's salad when I said not to.

First time ordering from here in a while. We ordered the big dipper and the Ruben. Both were amazing. I couldn't eat all mine, so I have leftovers for later. The pickle and chips added that special kick to the sandwiches. All in all, everything was delicious . Will be ordering again soon.

I love this Blythwood Grouchos. Always positive service, fresh looking and tasting food (wife's salad). And the salad is put together nicely and plentifully. Salad dressings are yummy. No racist innuendos detected. Good prices and genuine care that you are happy with their svc and food. They were playing around but there were only 2 of us customers and we were promptly serviced. There is a Grouchos 10 minutes from me but I drive 49 minutes to this one. Parking and seating is good. A winner. I had the Wife's salad, I do not have a wife. It was misread.
