Baskin-robbins - Blytheville

Entire building smelled like a toilet. Flies absolutely everywhere. They were crawling on the cones and the ice cream. The employee just wordlessly shooed them away to scoop. Something was very wrong here

This is America, where customer service should always be the priority. I was waiting for someone to take my order. The employee behind the counter didn't even acknowledge my presence there, and kept talking on his cell phone. Instead of taking my order, he simply walked off, talking on his phone, and disappeared. Wow, baskin robbins, get your act together. This has to be one of the absolute worst experiences of customer service I've had anywhere. I wasn't surprised to see you already only had one star. I would prefer to give you a zero. This location is giving you a terrible name, and needs your attention. In addition, the store did not look sanitary by any means, and the ice cream was open and exposed to what had to be contaminated and filthy air. I'm not surprised the other customer mentioned the ice cream wasn't cared for and had freezer burn.

Never have I been so disappointed as in this Baskin Robbins. We had 4 different flavors and all were filled with ice crystals and ice lumps. Jamoca Almond Fudge had mushy almonds; Butter Pecan was freezer burned and grainy. Cones were stale. Shouldn't be allowed to use the Baskin Robbins name!
