Kfc - Bluffton

The service here was horrible. The lobby was full of people that was not getting there orders or getting incorrect orders on 2 other families. My self I order a 12 Peace bucket I get 9. This is not the first time this has happened. Poorly trained personnel. Food was still tasty.

Food was very bad. Ordered chicken nuggets and got the left over crumbs from the fryer I guess. Tastes very bad and the pieces were about the size of a nickel.

The chicken was terrible. The bucket of chicken greasy not fresh. Looked like it was settling for some time. I’ve gotten chicken before, from KFC in Bluffton. Was always the same. Greasy looking, like the cooking oil was not hot enough, while the chicken was being cooked.

Worst chicken ever. 4 years in this town only ate here twice…. Biscuits were good though

Getting disappointed with this location. Today, around 2 pm was told it would be about 35 minutes for an 8 piece meal. What??? Something about starting the fryer. I seem to be told this alot lately and not for huge orders. Earlier this summer, picked up an order for takeout and when opened the chicken at home it was dripping greasy. Not the quality I'm used to with KFC. Pick up the pace and do better or we'll stop eating here.
