Sonic Drive-in - Blue Summit

Every time I visit this Sonic location, my order is always incorrect. Today, I ordered two orders of french toast sticks and a large tot, but I only received one order of french toast and a small tot. The portion size for the tot is always smaller than expected. This is unacceptable.

It took 20 minutes for our food to arrive as the employees were seen standing around, leaning on the counters and chatting.
