Nine Zero One Rooftop Lounge

Went with a friend to eat at the rooftop restaurant this week during happy hour for the first time. The bar and dining area were clean and inviting. We were seated immediately and chose to sit in the bar area.Our server Lyric was attentive and welcoming, checking in with us multiple times to make sure everything tasted ok. The service was quick and the food was ready in no time.I got the cold brew dirty chai mocktail that was so good I ordered another. Extensive cocktail and alcohol menu. For dinner I got the chicken quesadilla that was hot and crispy and tasted great! I would definitely order again. My friend got the blackened chicken sandwich with fries that she said was delicious. Pricing was fair for it being on the plaza.We even got to talk to one of the managers who was super friendly and knowledgeable about their menu.Overall a great experience that I would recommend to friends and family. We will definitely be back again soon!

Went with a friend and sat in the lower bar area and enjoyed ourselves! Started off with some fantastic drinks, I got a glass of rose with a blackened chicken sandwich which was super yummy. Even ordered a chicken quesadilla to go at the end of our meal and it came out fast. The service was quick and personable. Even one of the managers came by and checked in on us which was great! Would definitely recommend to others!

Again, I would give 0 stars if it allowed me. Y’all wrote back a response and gaslighted me so the world could see you weren’t the problem. But you are. The host didn’t offer free drinks she offered, us to use the money towards dining in. Your business is trash, you lie to get what you want. I WOULD never pass up 8 free drinks. We finally got our refund. And again, I will be having all 8 of us leave reviews and going elsewhere. Maybe next time don’t blame the customer and lie and say you called multiple times and offered free drinks. Your service is trash from all these reviews I’ve read. Fix your problem and take your L and move along.

Rooftop bar on the 7th floor of the Fontaine. Great list of cocktails,beer, and wine with bar snacks and full menu. Great views of the Plaza.

If I could give no stars I would. We scheduled an igloo for January 19th. 8 of use drove an hour, just to be told it was canceled. They said they called me, I got nothing. I asked when they called they couldn’t even tell me. When I was giving the host feedback about maybe emailing someone also, when canceling she seemed like she didn’t even care. Then told me I would get my refund in 7 days. It is now January 31st and I haven’t received anything. I called just a couple mins ago, and I’m assuming they are closed. I will be calling again later, I’m really upset they didn’t offer any drink tickets or to try and make it right. 8 people wasted gas and their time driving for nothing that night. Very disappointed, and I’m sure they treat people this way because they can, and get away with it. But that’s okay because 8 people will leave reviews and I will tell everyone not to waste their time. There are other places with igloos, in Overland Park actually and I will be trying there next year and probably recommending.
