Burger King - Blue Summit

Took 10 minutes to take my order even though there was only one other car in drive-thru and an empty lobby. Wouldn't let me use my coupon from the app with a ton of attitude in her voice. If you hate your job so much maybe do something else.

Food was good, but the drive thru person was quiet, spoken fast and didn't listen to us. Very disappointed

Please change the hours posted on your door. They clearly state the drive thru is 24 hours and the lobby is open until 9PM, but when I walked in at 8:19PM I was turned around by an employee and told they are closed. I needed to use the restroom quickly then just wanted a drink, so I left and went elsewhere.

They are doing a good job. Raising the standard back up a smidge. I'm sure it's easier to keep a new building clean compared to the old BKs in town that workers find residual BK stuffs from 2000 if not before.
