I picked up a order for the customer to deliver it to them I work Thur Uber

Seldom that I come to this one but when I do it's always the same lady in the drive thru maybe after 10pm....she's such a sweetheart and always give good customer service. You don't experience that too often nowadays. It's she's not a manager shr should be !! She's awesome!!

Bought two over cooked double whoppers, then tried two over cooked chicken sandwiches the next day ... hopefully this is part of the franchise that Burger King just bought back to renovate!

I don't know how the store is overall but I was out late last night on Christmas Eve doing a little door dash.. and I received two orders for pick up from this location at about midnight or so and when I got thwre, the line was long and wasn't progressing forward at a reasonable enough rate to make the wait worth my time. I message my two orders and send them both pictures of the line and told them I would have to most likely unassign myself. Both offered a very reasonable addition to the already generous up front tip I was garunteed and so I buckled down for the 32 minute wait to the window..Tierra I think her name is.. completely threw me off with her positive and apologetic attitude for the wait I endured just then. She even offered me a free drink and was thanking me for making her job possible and bearing with her through the rough night.She should be running this location at the very least. Absolutely amazed by her positive energy and hustle to make the orders for me while also confirming everything as she puts the bags together.Good job Tierra???
