El Ranchero Mexican - Blue Springs

I asked about rice without vegetables and my server Cristina was not sure if that was possible because she thought the vegetables were already bought with rice. I mentioned that it would also be good with vegetables, it was not much of an effort. But she was right, they were bought and cooked. And she tried everything!!! That made me so happy that she would do that for me! Of course I felt bad, but this is 100/100 customer service!

Great place. Nice staff. Fast service. Value for food is good. Not the finest food, but nobody leaves hunger and everyone seems to enjoy the meal.

Delicious and generous portions. We simply share four participants between 4 adults and 4 children. The prices are very fair.

Good food and service. Lots of food for the price. We each ate a nachos and a lunch plate and had enough for another meal.
