China One - Blue Springs

I've came for years, it changed owners after covid, I got a order to go this evening. It was horrible, I called them and was told manager would call me back. They haven't!! How sad to lose a good customer over this!

This is the second time we have ordered for pickup. First time the food was tasty. Second time I ordered seafood combo fried rice and my husband ordered shrimp fried rice. In both dishes, the shrimp was total mush. Old? Over cooked? Whatever, shouldn't be served. Probably trying to save money. No utensils offered. 1 fortune cookie for clearly was an order for two. Also ordered eggs rolls each. The same lady at the front desk was rude to my husband both times he picked up the orders. Having broken English is one thing, but being out right rude is very clear and easy to detect in any language. Don't apologize for your broken English. We won't be back but please don't try and pass off bad shrimp to other paying customers.

Their roasted pork lo mein is sooo good, as well as everything else I have tried. But I go for the lo mein every time. They always have great service, the atmosphere could use some love though.

This is a gem ?! I just discovered some weeks ago and love it ! Service is excellent and the food is the best. It tastes so different from other restaurants. (Homemade food)

I only ordered chicken fried rice and specifically asked for no onions. I get all the way home and open the box to find out I got onions on my chicken fried rice and also the lady was rude.
