Chipotle Mexican Grill - Blue Ash

This location is by far the worst chipotle I ever have been to. They never have any food. They constantly are dirty and never cleaned up and half of the time they open up past opening and their cash register never works, and they will only accept cash as if that’s the most common form of currency in 2024 if you can go to any other chipotle in the Cincinnati area, I highly suggest you do avoid this location at all costs.

This has got to be the worst location ever. Every time I mobile order, they always mess up. Half of the ingredients are always missing. Every time. Now I have to always order inside and the place is always dirty. The staff lacks customer service, not even a greet when you walk in. It’s disappointing because this is the one that’s close to me and now I’m just gonna have to drive somewhere else farther. Inconvenient and so frustrating.

We visited this location after our son's taekwondo test over at Ahn Taekwondo. The staff was super friendly and efficient. We'd definitely stop by again the next time we're in the area.

Ordered online asked for: rice, chicken, beans, fajita veggies, tomato, corn, lettuce, sour cream guac. When I picked up my order they said sorry they were out of: fajita veggies, tomato, lettuce, and guac. How the hell does a restaurant that only has to keep track of 10 things run out of nearly half of them.And I placed this order at 8:30pm, the place is supposed to be open until 11pm. I feel bad for some dude who ordered a burrito at 10:45pm, probably ended up with a tortilla filled with napkins and some sour cream.
