There is a gastronomic gem hidden in tranquil Bludenz: a Moldovan-Austrian family restaurant that pampers its guests with outstanding service, delicious food and courteous staff. As a starter I chose the traditional Moldovan Zeama chicken soup, lovingly prepared with homemade noodles, potatoes, carrots and sour cream. The taste was fabulous – a true feeling of home, as if my grandmother had cooked it. Afterwards I enjoyed the traditional Prajitura Nostra, a vegetarian delicacy in a homemade dough crust filled with beef. The taste was indescribably delicious, the dough coating was heavenly. For the third course I treated myself to the traditional Colnasi, homemade dumplings filled with curd, cabbage and potatoes, topped with Parmesan. A perfect ending for the senses that gave a feeling of home. Prepared with a lot of love, it tasted excellent. This restaurant is an insider tip for anyone who appreciates authentic and lovingly prepared cuisine.

Das Restaurant liegt zentral mitten in der Altstadt von Bludenz. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen (Sarmale) und das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Empfehlenswert!
