Rowland's - BLOWING ROCK

I was with Rowland yesterday and it was wonderful. Food is excellent, service excellent and atmosphere is excellent. Kind of pricy, but you get what you pay!

Superb.. We recently had the chance to enjoy two meals in this beautiful restaurant. The food, the atmosphere and the service were simply excellent. There was no disappointment about our dinner and breakfast experience. The food in Rowlands was the highlight of our trip.

Rowlands Restaurant at Westglow Resort and Spa is one of these special places with great food, friendly staff, luxurious decor and magnificent views. Sun Porch tables are set with beautiful chargers and a number of salts. We kept our own salt taste test while waiting for our drinks. When drinks arrived, we asked our server if she knew about the salts and their credit, she explained every type and beat food for everyone. The setting at Westglow is perfect. Go just before sunset so you can enjoy the full, mountain range sunset from the porch and the after glow. The food is excellent, on par with what you would anticipate from a Relais and Chateaux.
