Starbucks - Bloomington

This location always has the best customer service. Most starbucks tend to be great, but this one seems to go above and beyond.

I just wanna give a shout out to Mak, who was working the drive thru early this morning! Thank you for you kindness and for being so thoughtful asking if I needed anything while I waited, you had the best customer service and made a great start to my morning :

Whoever made my drink on 11/27/21 at around 3:30 PM should be promoted to CEO because the milk to coffee ratio is absolutely perfect. I’ve never been able to say that about a Starbucks drink ever in my life before… BUT GAWDDANG THIS DRINK IS GOOD

This was a pleasant surprise. The lady at the drive thru, her name was Abby was so nice to interact with. I give her a 5 star. This is what I call customer service at its best and thank you.

The renovation has made them very fast, how busy it is and the staff is always friendly. there are no seats, as it focuses on pick-up / running gear thru orders. the drive thru is much improved, but still a little tricky with how the parking is shaped.
