Got my drink after 20 mins, I put it in the trash. 20 min for one grande latte, I just wasted my time, money appetite.

The store opens sharp at 7:30 am and I can tell you by experience that a line starts forming even before that . This one is really popular apparently or its perhaps the first coffee shops to open in the mall .We went three days in a row and the quality of food and beverage every single day was perfect . The staff is friendly and fast . The wait times are not too long either.

Slow service, was not busy. You could see the workers purposely moving slow and doing the bare minimum.
