Bidrage med feedbackGreat service and atmosphere. There are lots of TVs playing old concert footage of Jimmy Buffett. Island decor, colors and atmosphere make this a happy place to visit. My blueberry pomegranate margarita was very good. Jambalaya was flavorful and tasty, albeit a bit too salty (but not terribly so). The key lime pie was delicious! There is a small gift area in the restaurant where you can buy various Margaritaville items. The dining prices are high, but this is true everywhere now and not unique to this venue. I made a reservation online (highly recommended), which cut way down on the table wait time. There are lots of overt and barely-in-the-closet Parrotheads mixed in with mall visitors stepping in for a bite. A great vibe and a happy, sunny place!Parking: Restaurant is closest to the East Ramp.
Pop drinks were a little pricey at $5 each. We had the nachos and they were massive but really needed to have the ingredients spread out more. The key lime pie was really good and I highly recommend it.
Heard Jimmy Buffet passed away so we finally decided to try this place out. We immediately got reminded on why we never went in the first place. Walking in after an hour wait the place looked dirty. A lot of tables were not cleared but we figure they were understaffed. We sat down and it took a while for the server to get us water. We had a special deal on food and the server didn't know the details about it. It took asking her 2 times for her to finally go to get clarification on the food deal. We got an appetizer platter, coconut shrimp, and shrimp and grits with a margarita. The appetizer platter was nothing special. Nothing stood out and it was definitely not worth $22+. Coconut shrimp was $22+ for only FIVE pieces of shrimp and a little handful of fries. It was bland and was more batter than shrimp. For half the price you can go to Walmart and buy their coconut shrimp and get twice as much with better shrimp to batter ratio. The shrimp and grits were okay but nothing to write home about. It had more shrimp than the coconut shrimp and the sauce had good flavor. It still was not worth the $20+ price tag. The only saving grace was the Margarita. It was an $11 watermelon margarita that was not too sweet with great watermelon flavor. If I do come back it will be for the margaritas during happy hour. If not I won't be wasting money again in Margaritaville. Some people say $86 for mediocre food, bad service, and dirty surroundings is a waste and I agree. Going here is my own damn fault.
Came to celebrate the life of Jimmy Buffet. Service was great. The food had pretty decent sized proportions. Food wasn’t half bad. Good enough if you’re not looking to critique your meal. The margs were great.
Tried to eat here. The host sat us quickly only for us to sit, and sit, and sit. No server in sight. No drinks, no hello. So we left, walked down the hall and promptly ate. With so many restaurants nearby, don't bother with this one sadly.
