We came in a Saturday and there was no waiting time. no sense of urgency. the to be trained made the job without help. there were two other people who would have helped. until long as we have ordered.

A lot of customer service! I was there on 6/13/2022. I came out of my chair to use the bathroom while I wait 15 minutes for my order, and the staff told me to put my chair in. she continued to say we are the help. we're not young. I used the bathroom. not to go.

I ordered online two sandwiches and two cookies. I didn't get the cookies. My sandwich was a mess too. They also didn't mark the boxes for what sandwich it was. I'm not a happy person. It's hard to go to other places on my lunch break.After reading all the reviews. I wish I could give zero stars. And it seems like they really don't care. They don't even offer a free sandwich or your money back. Very very poor customer service!!!

I just wanted two sandwiches for my daughter and I was picking up. the two work super! friendly and great service! also great sandwiches! great teamworkers!

I was yesterday to get a sandwich ordered to midday they said 20 minutes that I came back at 12:30 clock, it was not ready and they were quite rude for me when I asked big eating and terrible service. there was a pregnant woman waiting for it, and I felt sorry for her.
