TGI FRIDAYS - Bloomington

I would recommend TGI Fridays, but I would advise against using the OpenTable app for making reservations. None of the reservations made through the app went through, and I ended up waiting for a table for 30 minutes.

I visited this restaurant on my son's 5th birthday. Despite the empty space, it took an unnecessarily long time for our food to arrive. I was extremely disappointed and do not plan on returning.

Server was very nice, but seemed more busy than the crowd of people in the dining area.

Open table reservations was not working at this location. The bad start to the overall dinner experience did not go over well with our group.

I made my reservation for Mother’s Day using Open Table. Although we had no problem getting seated upon our arrival, I was told they didn’t take reservations. I showed the hostess my reservation on my Open Table app. She still insisted they didn’t take reservations. I wanted to be sure I got my points, so I asked to talk to the manager. He finally told me that they did take reservations but their system was down so they couldn’t check people in. It was very frustrating!
