Jp's Wheel Alehouse - Bloomington

Menu is super small.My Sprite was flat and so was my brother's coke. Soda was so bad and tasted gross ? the plates they gave us were covered in grease and we wiped them off with our napkins and the napkins turned yellow ?The cheese curds were good but exploded and had no cheese in them.The pizza burger was good.The pizza was pretty ok...super greasy.Unfortunately it's gone down hill since we last went when they opened. We don't live in the area so we can't frequent the place but remembered how good it was the first time we went and wanted to go again. Nobody was in the place but is we thought it wasn't even open.When they first opened it was great! Not sure what happened but now it's awful.....No kids menu or drinks. Not kid friendly anymore.And the cups they gave our littles didn't have lids (disaster waiting to happen) and were cups from another business lol which was odd....

Good food. Good beers. Decent prices. Nice atmosphere. Sometimes have had some issues with food orders being messed up or taking a while, but overall good experience there.

This restaurant used to be fantastic! I enjoyed coming here regularly, at least once a week. However, since the change in ownership, my recent visit was a disappointment. The new menu is a joke. It's disheartening to see a once great establishment ruined so quickly. When something is successful, it's best not to change it. Sadly, it seems this restaurant will soon be a shadow of its former self. I do not plan on returning.

First time trying the place but the food we had was delicious and our waitress cara was wonderful I cant wait to go back and try more I highly recommend it

We learned that JP's is now under new ownership, so we decided to give it a try. The food, drinks, and service were excellent! We will definitely return!
