Bidrage med feedbackThe male waiter was impolite. He seemed annoyed that we had made a reservation through OpenTable. I tried to explain that we only needed a table for 4 people instead of the 5 originally reserved, but he insisted that I had to make the change through the app. He avoided making eye contact with me. When I asked about the estimated wait time, he refused to provide a clear answer. I eventually decided to receive a text notification through OpenTable when our table was ready.
We celebrated our 62nd anniversary with dinner at Red Lobster, the first restaurant we've been to in over a year. The service was efficient and friendly, with the staff wearing masks like we did. The tables were spaced out, making us feel very comfortable. The food was delicious, as always. We will definitely be returning.
No problem. The food was delicious, the service was excellent. We were surprised that the restaurant wasn't busy until the afternoon on Sunday.
This was the first time in a restaurant in exactly one year (pandemic.) we were here on the birthday of my wife, since the red lobster is her favorite restaurant. service and eating were exceptional. they even surprised us with a nice ice cream birthday dessert. we'll be back soon.
Food was good as always. You always know what to expect at RL! Service at this particular restaurant is always wonderful!!
