I understand that the drive thru is very popular and they are overwhelmed. in the inner it is often supported by doordas, ubereats, etc. it should not be an excuse to keep the restaurant clean. these photos come from a Saturday afternoon. Those who wanted to eat could not, because there was nothing, nor someone available to clean the tables.
Simply over the bloomfield NJ site with the auto thru. They asked for hot, fresh pommes that were cold to me. remembered the cashier and she asked me to pull the side and someone took me a few into the car. waited 15 minutes for the new and still disappointed. not only left them cold fries on the bottom of the container and put a few fresh fries on, I now only discovered a piece of hair in my big Mac container I officially made with almost food and I am certainly not eating at mcdonalds in bloomfield nj.
I have been coming to these mcdonalds for 25 years and never had a problem until the last month. I ordered 5 times in the last month and every time it was missing food I ordered and paid. Maybe it's time for new management. very disappointed.
The worst mcdonald. I visited it because I was in a hurry, and always over and noticed good movement in the drive thru, but I was wrong the young lady in the drive thru never caring us, I decided to park in the crowd when I went through the main door I noticed that she spoke in her handy and laughing at something that was not part of her service. within the atmosphere was terrible, not quitter only the machines, I saw the superior or manager shy another order in my and start a argument with other coworkers. I'm sorry, first and last time. it has to get better in the service because in the back everyone worked perfectly because eating was extremely good, but in the drive thru and front food service.
No left turn into lot. No drinks, only bottled water. Sold out of many items. Kiosk won't take cards, AND food missing from my order. NOT a good experience. ?
