A stylish modern pub hidden in the country Very nice place, and very friendly people there too.

Took a lovely drive out to The Exchange Hotel Blayney today for lunch. Well it was definitely worth the drive. I had the most amazing Sunday roast special, it was Beef and was absolutely delicious. It was so tender and just melted in my mouth. The renovations they have done give the place a really modern, fresh clean look. It was cosy having my heart warming roast by the beautiful fire. This goes hand in hand with scrumptious menu by their new chef, she did a spectacular job with all our meals. I will definitely be back, next time it will be for a night so I can enjoy more than just one meal while I'm there. I can't forget the amazing service by Marty. Its really nice to be served by a familiar face and someone that is in his true element and passion. I will support the hell out of the Exchange Hotel. See you guys soon Aprille xxxxxx

Wow, what a transformation. Looks and feels great. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to have a meal there.

Been there once in my life and we were camping at carcoar. It was minus my balls, we as a group 15, 12 were 18, came in for a feed and warmth and the publican fucked us off as we weren’t all 18. I have now been in the game for 16 years and personally know the very excellent licensee and can absolutely guarantee without any reservations that you will be welcomed and treated with respect if you enter this venue with same feelings
