If you want to reach the valley from the Tübinger side, the Navi shows the steep slopes of the Weidach down into the deep small valley with many warning signs in the display. I think this is the only undead in the Ländle that officially wants to be a local road. that even the natives and without my personal alb scout, I would never have found the house. the small noisy valley is an epitome of the Swabian alb landscape, sroffe limestones, meadows and mixed forests paint a truly romantic image that only enchants in autumn. deep down in the valley pass a Romanesque church, whose origins from the 8th century to come. And then you're in front of the old house. solid sprinkler windows, red wood shops and on the weather side a wooden shiny facade spontaneously convey the feeling here it is convenient. behind the house sprinkles strong and cheerful one of the beautiful karst sources that are so typical here on the alb. in the (hos house knarzt der alte holzdielenboden and everything seems a little of the time, although with the second look you can see the loving restoration and the emotional newbies. on the ground floor the hungry guest awaited the small room at the courts and the room as such houses had it almost all in the last century. for the storm of the bottle on beautiful weekends is still place on the upper floor. because the innate Kleinod has opened only on three days a week (every Friday to Sunday an internet site is not provided, why also, the more familiar and insider streams so. we, the Lammanfanger, found this Saturday afternoon only with much effort a little before the tressing and stunting us on the beautiful wooden table on Ulmer stool, which meets every design affinity with the beautiful straps, they come from the workshop of the legendary Ulmer College for Design, which up to 1968 great fashion in German design. Most here is of course the obligatory drink, fewer brave guests from the other area can taste local beer or the big wee from the not far remstal. the bark-ergulasch with late tile, already called here, was boiled in for a long time and as tender as you rarely get it. also the unnecessary flare soup, due to the served amount of gulasch ordered, was a dream of bark broth with hints, small cut pancakes. (here the berlin variants are not meant. the prices are moderate, but reasonable and the small beer garden under old trees and the ice-cold source of the louder behind the house also let smaller guests bridge the waiting period cheerfully. a discovery and yet no secret tip. for them, just like the whole ländle. slag
Beautiful ambiete nice service only from a hiking place we expect other food need not be much but Swabian home cooking there we were some disappointed
WIr celebrated our wedding in the small church in Lautern and then in the Lamm restaurant. It was a great day! From the fantastic place, great food and all-round care from the Lamm team we had a wonderful day!
Kleinod in the small loud valley corona was only served outside in the beer garden, but here they sit and eat wonderful! homemade broth with sausage salad, grilled vegetables and humus bread, all very tasty. the house is ancient and looks like it is a wonderful place right at the open-air museum next to the louderquellpot!
We visited our Christmas celebration in the Lamb in Lautertal. The inn is located at the end of the sturdy Lautertal, mystical area. The facility is about the way you imagine a host house in the 50s. Wood planks, old wooden doors, narrow stairs. Wooden tables with wooden chairs are however newer dates. The menu is not too extensive, but there are also things that are not typical Swabian, such as a vegetable strudel or a fabric horse soup. Sounds rustic and tastes like that. However, everything seems made with love, the quality of meat, salads and supplements is excellent! There were three Christmas celebrations running parallel, but the services were friendly and could not be viewed so much. For this more quality, however, prices are still completely fine. Soup from 4, small dishes from 6,50, Sauerbraten and Hirschgoulasch over 13 euros. In addition, you can buy Griebenchmalz in the glass for 3 euros. Could I imagine that the economy is also a rewarding destination in summer.
