Tim Hortons - Blasdell

Never had a good experience at Tim Hortons, but this deserves a 5 star rate, employees are so nice!

We had a car full of people at 6 a.m. when the hour horizons opened. There were a number of cars and they got all cars fast. Randy helped us and his costume service was 10/10. Very pleasant for so early.

Stop for Timbits and an icy cappuccino. The young man was so friendly and helpful.

UPDATE: Was there yesterday and they have an entirely new staff.. Very friendly and accommodating. Nice pleasant experience. This Tim Horton"s has some of the nastiest and rudest employees including the store manager, and I have been to many of the area Tim Horton's. They scream at you when ordering and use the most arrogant condescending tones when interacting with patrons.. They need to brush up on their customer service skills. They are a group of females who are just plain miserable and need to know that without the paying customer they would not have a paycheck.. Bunch of trash...take our the garbage Mr. Or Ms. Owner.

The drive thru is typically 2-3+ cars deep, but it moves quickly. The dining room is kept clean, and the food was made fresh
