Beautiful place, had stopped serving food at 9pm though and was told I wasn't allowed cocktails off the menu as it finished at 9 (it was 9.04pm) I think they could have been a bit more accommodating Service: 3 Hotel highlights: Luxury

We had our wedding at The Crown, the was the most amazing day, everything from first meeting Laura to the end of the evening was outstanding, she helped with all my questions and helped settle my nerves. She made the Venue look fantastic, even better than I ever imagined. Would highly recommend Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Romantic

The room was fine, and the food was fine, but I travelled for work, and the lack of Internet almost anywhere in the hotel in 2023 is unforgivable. Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 3

Cosy and comfy with lovely fire lit. However, food was poor. £6.75 for a ham and cheese toastie, which had gristle running through the ham and was poorly presented. It wasn't even cut in half. Coffees served were stone cold. They replaced it without question, but I've never been served cold coffee. It's a real shame because it's a pleasant environment to spend time in. Would be reluctant to eat there again. Visited back in January, and it was far better in every way. Overall disappointing. Food drinks: See photo Service: 2 Location: 4
