Ironically enough since COVID19, the store has been neglected. The tables and the floors are always dirty. I remember going there and employees were always cleaning. The other day, I ordered a smoothie and the girl put it over the garbage to empty it out because it was overflowing. When I confronted her she said she had just changed the bag. I seriously think an inspector should visit this place.

Fantastic dip ice cream. I think the best advice I can offer is order much less than you think you can eat. Their chocolate and toppings are very rich in both taste and quality, and you’ll love it, but eat too much and your head will spin. On the other hand, treat yourself to just the few bites you deserve and your taste buds will start dancing

Personally I always order the grand size cone and split it between two people. This skyscraper tall edifice of dipped deliciousness and danger is worth ordering just to view the shocked expressions of all the other customers. Such a tower of magnificent indulgence is a rare sight to see. Absolutely a 5 star experience the chocolate is delicious, the store is clean and nicely decorated, and the employees are always pleasant. If I had any suggestions for improvement, it would be to add another employee on dipping or preparing toppings during busy times. The waiting area gets very crowded and all those bodies block the flow of the restaurant and pile up into the seating area.
