The take away we just received really was excellent. Everything looked tasted like it had been cooked fresh was delicious, really impressed.

Phoned on a Saturday night before 11pm gave me an excuse the chef had to be somewhere else . Someone answered phone first then went quiet then someone else come answered with the excuse. Totally understand closing times but not lies and excuses.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They stole my money and won 't refund it. This takeaway is closed Tuesdays. Nowhere on its website or Google does it say this. I ordered £50 worth of food, and no delivery. I drove to the restaurant after several unsuccessful calls to find it was closed. There was a note on the door to say 'As of September, we will be closed Tuesday '. This was in August... I phoned them the next day, and they said the order wasn 't accepted and I shouldn 't have been charged. I requested a refund, but they declined. They were extremely rude. I phoned the payment platform DatMan and explained the situation. I had to provide bank statements to show the transaction, and they told me a refund had been actioned. Ten days later, no refund, and they are now telling me I need to provide bank statements. AVOID at all costs!

Customer service dreadful. Ordered our food and still waiting nearly 4 hours later. Appreciate its NYE, but when £34 is spent and no one replies to messages or responds to phone calls they clearly can’t operate under pressure. Expecting a full refund.
