Mcdonald's - Blackpool

We entered McDonald’s, ordered food and picked up our food, as we collected our food a girl with blonde hair and glasses her name badge looked like it Liza but not 100% sure looked at me and me and my friend and mumbled something which sounded like she said errr look at her now this isn’t a great example of customer service and when we got our food she gave us an unpleasant look an another girl that gave us our food didn’t pass over our food she kind of just shoved it at us. The same girl that passed over our food brought our drinks over and she spilt my drink over me, didn’t get an apology for it she just walked away with embarrassment. Then when I went to eat my food it was cold and I had discoloured chips aka mouldy, I then complained about it and I got nothing from it apart from another unpleasant look. Thankyou but I won’t be returning.

I am extremely disappointed after ordering 20 chicken nuggets and only receiving 17. This mistake is unacceptable and I believe someone should be held accountable for this error. I hope that an investigation will be launched to prevent this from happening again in the future.

McDonald's in Blackpool is conveniently located with fast service. Despite having only 3 screens to order from, I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the good value for money. The town of Blackpool has cheap hotels and McDonald's is a recommended dining option. - Mr. Wig, YouTube.

We decided to stop by this restaurant for a meal. The restaurant was quite crowded but we were able to find some seats by the window which had high stools and a bar. Unfortunately, the place was not very clean, with tables covered in rubbish and the floor dirty. We had to clean off a table before we could sit down. We placed our food order through the app and provided our table number. Surprisingly, the food arrived quickly despite the busy atmosphere. The food was average, typical of McDonald's in terms of taste and quality. The staff appeared friendly. In general, the restaurant was bustling but not well-maintained, with trash left around (it didn't look like anyone was cleaning up). The location was convenient.

Hi iam writing to tell you about my experience in Mac Donald's there were 18 of us we waited nearly 2 hours on our food the place was filthy water on floor napkins all over the floor straws salt vinegar you name it we were so disappointed I would like to hear back from you asap see what you have to say.
