Because this fast food place is above average, the food is always quite freshly cooked. The staff is consistently helpful and polite; even when they are busy, they still take the time to assist and engage with customers in a friendly manner. It's one of the few fast food restaurants we frequent because the staff treats customers like humans, and the dining area is kept clean and well-maintained.
