Okinawa Sushi Blackfalds

It was very busy when we ate there and they didn't have very much staff so our food took a while to arrive but the hostess apologizes and provided some complimentary edamame to compensate for the long wait. We were both very impressed with our food when it arrived and it was worth the wait.

In search of other sushi place has led me to this location. Ambiance is ok. The spring roll I think there?s more other tasty than they have. Overall, there?s really nothing special !

The food is quite good but the service is iffy. Sometimes fine but recently awful. Was given the wrong item and when I complained the lady at the front wouldn't help me. She said she was sure that's what I ordered, refused to correct it, and then hung up the phone on me. I was being pleasant! And trust me, I have never ordered that in my life, I definitely didn't say the wrong thing. However since it's the only sushi place nearby and quite tasty, I choose to still come. Mostly they are pleasant, it's just one person that can be very rude. (And ignore the Disney baby plate, when I asked for an extra one that is what was brought. My daughter thought it was funny since she's nearly 10). ????

Loves sushi, it's delicious! better than any sushi restaurant in red game. very recommended is the spicy salmonashimi (if you like spicy) and the fantastic roll is also, good, fantastic. I think the prices are fair for what they get. the only reason why I rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because the service is sometimes extremely slow. but for a small restaurant also takeout, I know that this is probably unavoidable during the rush times or strenuous days. at the end of the day, I would rather wait for my lunch than to go to another sushi place.
