19 th October 22 What can I say?!!!! Or to rephrase that, where do I begin, My 63 Birthday today so youngest daughter suggested we call in here for a bite to eat and a drink, Wednesday night so was quiet, Two Daughters, their partners, my partner and myself, A quick round of drinks off a very polite barman, then checked out the Menu, small but a good choice, we all seemed to order diffrent things, the food didnt take long at all, Was very impressed at the speed all of us recieved our meals simultaneously, then chef took time to check what other sauces or extras any of us needed, The potions on each plate more than ample and presentation fantastic, The taste was amazing, my wrap was cooked to perfection, every member of the group commented how good their meal tasted, Staff where very tentative, a real pleasure to have had my birthday there, we will definitely be back,, and a bonus the prices are spot on Thanks guys

We went for a meal on Valentines night and the food was fantastic. We are regulars at Taps but don’t eat here very often but we will now. The brownies with ice cream were to die for. Thanks Mike

If you venture to darwen be sure to check out this gem. Quirky design with a great bar and a varied menu all at reasonable prices. Don't forget to check out the retro room upstairs.

Lovely little bar plays pleasant music, they made us very welcome and had a variety of drinks and tapas. we called in early just in case it may get crowded later but worth dropping in for a visit.

A nice friendly Micro pub . It's comfortable , usually fairly full and welcoming . But the main event is the beer . As I remember there were 4 real ales , the three I tried were all in excellent condition . What more can you want ?
