Bidrage med feedbackI really used to enjoy getting food from here. But they don't take card payments over the phone anymore. It's a shame because alot of people don't carry cash anymore. They will lose customers.
Spring rolls covered in oil, not a tiny bit of oil, I'm taking enough to drown a small dog with, it was inedible with the amount of grease inside it. A Beef Szechuan Style that was not Beef but Chicken instead, this dish was bland and watery, dont know how they managed to do that, quite frankly I'm worried when a chef cannot tell the difference between Beef and Chicken. And finally a Yung Chow fried rice with no shrimps in. 3 out 3, all in all a Minus 10, though I'll have to stick with 1 star on Google rating. You have been warned, I wanted was a nice meal, not a heart attack.
Ordered at 5.30 told it would be 30mins. 1.30 mins later still not arrived rang them and was told the driver was new and on his way. Meal arrived cold rang them back and told them wanted a refund and to fetch the food back. Another 30mins rang them again to have phone put down on me. Not gd customer service at all. Offered us £5 off. Will never use again as this isn't the first time this has happened.
This place used to serve really good food but I don't know what has happened but its gone down hill. I'm a wheelchair user and when the say they are disabled friendly that's not completely true. The front door is barley wide enough, it's hard to open.
Great service from these guys but I have had odd days when food wasn't at there greatest standards I.e food sometimes cold and very salty bit as improved recently so maybe star ratings will go up in time
