Casa Luiz - Bitburg

I need to say it’s the best restraunt in Bitburg. The service is so friendly and funny. I’ve never been in a restraunt that had such good food and drinks. The prices are good and you can sit there for hours and have fun with your friends. I would definitely recommend it! It’s 100 times better than the other restraunts/fast food restraunts here in Bitburg.

Was again very tasty and sadness is the best

Casa Luiz is a pub located opposite the Hotel Louis Müller, where you can get a well-kept Bitburger, Merziger Viez, wines from all over the world, all kinds of spirits, etc. The dishes prepared in the kitchen are also delicious! If I hadn't eaten very well in Louis Müller's restaurant before, I would definitely have ordered something there. But since the evening sun this Wednesday, 01. September 2021 still so beautifully radiated from the sky, I decided to put on the terrace there and let the evening sound out. Very nice audience, friendly services and when it got a bit cooler outside, the places were corona-conditioned a bit close in the interior (minimum distance of 1.50 meters, etc.). The counterforce Inka had initially a small problem with my person and I with her person, but during the evening it became easy and everything was good! But nevertheless, dear Mr Müller, I can only forgive 4 out of 5 stars. It's not every day like the other, and everyone knows that you're not always good at it! But: This must never be shown to the guest, formerly it was called 'the customer is king' and that is still true in the hospitality industry, even though Corona has changed a lot. Well, actually I am happy and hope to have contributed to my assessment that you should always be friendly and accommodating to the guests. The young waiter and the service have definitely made a very good impression on me and therefore I can also recommend Casa Luiz in Petersstraße 3 in Bitburg! PS: The counterpower Inka has also developed very well during the evening and I am grateful to have met Casa Luiz.

Food is delicious, prices okay but the same I can make myself at home with frozen food...

We were there with 4 people and it was all right! The service staff was very friendly, the dishes very tasty and the ambience is very cozy. We have tasted all up to 2 of the warm tapas and every single food has tasted very well. The red wines offered are also good. When a red wine came to the table, unfortunately, it was replaced without standing. The dessert took a little longer. But we have also been immediately informed. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. We were very happy and will come again with certainty.
