Pensiunea Miracolo - Bistriţa

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni in questa pensione, ottima la gestione di Flori che ci ha saputo dare una grande ospitalitaà, lo consiglio per chi ama la cucina italiana, camere pulite e grandi

Sono stato in questa struttura più volte. Il ristorante non e male ma le camere sono molto piccole, gli asciugamani non sono più bianchi, e mi e capitato che ultima volta ho trovato la biancheria ... sporca e cestino quasi pieno. Chi sa... Inutile reclamare...

Another day another meal, but this time the experience was not the best. Here are the findings: location a little outside of the city of Bistrita along the but close to the city. With a generous parking lot in front of the...property. Good seating capacity on the outside terrace they can accommodate like people in the good days, based on what I've seen with distance significantly less. Location being a little of the main road is nice and quiet, so a big plus on that aspect. service in the poor to average region first we picked a nice spot, but we got relocated since they expected other guests but no signs of reservation were to be found anywhere on the tables. So we sat in, but after min were asked and not in the kindest manner to move to another table OK we've done it. Then we waited more minutes till we got menus in the situation that the place had only customers at the time we sat. And the waitress taking our orders did not even try to mimic a smile and had almost no interaction with us, looked kind of disturbed by our presence. Food arrived in a decent time and was warm this is a another plus. So the score on service average. food once more an average score on that too. I ordered duck legs on red cabbage. The meat was tender and moist but the skin was under-cooked and the fat under it diffidently under cooked had to scrape it from the meat, and I do love crispy skin and have issues with animal fat as long as its cooked the right way, cabbage was decent but the wine sauce served aside lucky that was not poured over was bitter and sour, with a weird after taste no go for my taste. The pizza one of my companions had was drenched in oil/fat and it should have been spicy but was not at all, so not the best. Overall and average dish for all of us. Menu is very divers, so it could be that we just picked the wrong things. prices very good I would say cheap, but given the quality of food we got, seemed to be aligned. And we paid cash. Overall the experience was average a big plus on the prices size and speed in the kitchen but food quality and service... well, there is work to be done since the place really has potential.
