Am comandat recent o portie de paste carbonara de copii, am fost dezamagita pentru ca am primit pastele insa fara sos erau foarte uscate. Sper ca pe viitor sa se remedieze probelma.

Mancare buna, pacat de lipsa de consideratie a ospatarilor, care desi aveam mancare inca la masa si bautura in pahare, ne-au spus “mergem si noi domnilor” adica acasa? Plus dupa ne-au inchis direct luminile si ne-au luat pe sus sa plecam. Inteleg ca programul se incheie la ora x, dar daca noi mai aveam bautura in pahare si farfurii pe masa, pentru un serviciu pentru care am platit, mi s-a parut o experienta teribila pe care sa o ai intr-un restaurant. Evident ca nu am mai fi stat dupa program, dar macar voiam sa pot sa-mi fi terminat bautura si ce mai aveam pe masa. multa pasiv agresivitate din partea unei chelnerite. Era vineri seara.

I was disappointed to observe that individuals were using this establishment as a location to smoke and vape, despite it being illegal to do so. To make matters worse, the restaurant was full of children and even the staff members were vaping harmful toxins while on duty. This lack of consideration for the health and safety of their customers is unacceptable. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning to this establishment in the future. Even after I have complained I was told that they are sorry but it is what it is
