Humpback Sally's - Bismarck

We had an amazing time at this restaurant! The food was both delicious and reasonably priced. We shared a cocktail for two and tried four different small plates. The curry dish was particularly outstanding - we would definitely love to return here if we're ever in the area again.

I visited this restaurant while on vacation in North Dakota. I was drawn in by the rooftop dining area and enjoyed a few well-made drinks with a good vibe. It was a bit crowded that night, so I moved downstairs to eat and have another drink. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. The bartender, a young lady, was especially nice. I appreciated the layout of the restaurant, with its cozy sections and nice decor. I definitely plan on visiting again in the future.

As a resident of Bismarck, I must confess that this was my first time visiting this restaurant. I really enjoyed the concept of small plates, as it allowed us to sample a variety of dishes. Jake, the chef, is extremely talented and takes his craft very seriously. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The restaurant and bar are located on the first floor, with a bar on the second floor and an open loft on the third floor with outdoor seating. Having recently returned from wintering in New Orleans, I am thrilled to find a place like this in Bismarck. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are friendly. Make sure to end your meal with the lemon creme brulee – it is perfection.

Quick and friendly service. Liked the small plate options. I got the beets with goat cheese- it was very light and refreshing. Fun place to stop on our trip east and celebrated making it to Bismarck with some Basil Haden Whiskey on ice. Fun art made the space feel cozy and comfortable. What is the origin of the restaurant name? Forgot to ask :D

Small portions (as advised), and very Gourmet. I haven't seen most of these options before anywhere, so we were delighted and intrigued to try them. The bartender was helpful. At the end of our the adventure at Humpback Sally's, we left happily satisfied, and cultured. I recommend Sally's to all visitors.
