Berghotel Augustusberg - Bischofswerda

When my wife and I wanted to escape the city heat, we decided to drive to Bad Gottleuba. Since we wanted to eat some lunch, I read here on the page and we decided to visit Berghotel Augustusberg. Apart from the somewhat long waiting period to pay more than 10 minutes after the bill and without excuse from the waitress, everything was fine. If the lady asked if our food was okay. In addition, I am simply disturbed by the waiters who were on the way to the restaurant on our arrival, not a single good day said. Not to mention a place offer. Therefore it was only for me/our and therefore only 3 stars. The menu of the village we felt as an overview, but very successful. You will not be beaten by countless courts, but you still have a lot of choice. There was no greeting from the kitchen. I personally don't value him. My wife and I finally decided for the Wiener Schnitzel. But I just want to get a carving with potatoes. I just don't like the backartoffel salad offered by the map and also the beiligende field salad nix for me. Unfortunately, the cook ignored my desire to get the carving only with potatoes, and on my plate was the salad with marinade. The waitress apologized directly, but I can't say it wisely. Finally, it should be assumed that the guest does not eat the ordered and therefore simply wastes. The calf was ok, but a little hard and a little salty. We like this better than if it's too lazy spices, but it would have been too much for one or other guest who doesn't like salt. The panade was unfortunately not a bit crispy and made the impression of being a bit too long in fat. The potato salad was good, the field salad with dressing too. I can't say if the dressing was done. However, I would have expected a lot more for €15.90. Sure you have to pay the big view, but the food was just fine. Not really bad, but not delicious. We liked the atmosphere The place itself. Although it is not really very modern, it was nicely bright and cozy. Cleanliness For cleanliness, I'm a bit split up. There was no direct criticism that the tablecloths were already a bit dirty at our place. There were various crumbs, hair etc. and there were different spots. It's not so beautiful. Window benches and toilets were very clean and completely ok.
