Cafe International & Family Centre

Best coffe and best apple bean cake. The lady who made us coffin was so polite after we had some problems finding a nice place to drink a coffin in Sighisoara, we were more than happy that we found it. The nice lady made our day better with her good mood.

Cafe International Family Centre is on the Piața Cetății, the main square in Sighisoara Castle. It is a small cafe, serving home made cakes, pies, sandwiches and quiche along with hot cold beverages. I stopped in for a late morning snack. The ladies behind the counter were most gracious, whipping up a cappuccino (hot and frothy) and serving me a generous slice of pie (flaky crust, tart berry filling). I ate outside at a small table on the square.

While in Sighisoara, Romania we were looking around for a quick bite to eat for lunch and to have a little rest. We picked International Cafe and it turned out to be perfect. Service was quick, pay inside, and take your food outside (it was summer) and we enjoyed a lovely rest in a nice shade spot with a lovely view overlooking the square. We had sandwiches which were tasty and they have a few very tasty desserts which were very, very good. Reasonable prices topped the experience!

Cute little cafe at the main square. Nice coffee, great view. Good place to chill and read a book. Friendly ladies at the counter. There's an art and craft store downstairs too.

Coffee is very good. The staff is very nice and polite besides the good and fast service and also when it rains you are covered.
