Poor service very slow. Food was expensive and over priced as were the drinks we went to the theatre afterwards and a bottle of prosecco at the hippodrome was cheaper than normal wine at the restaurant.

I paid £45 deposit which wasn’t taken off the final bill I had to ask One person almost finished their food before others got there. Service bad had to wait 15 mins for a drink and it wasn’t busy. One of our guest asked for a glass of water which she never got Terrible service and I want be booking that place again

Food and drinks were good. It just seemed really disorganised. It felt like the siting staff hadn't been fully trained. The waiting staff seemed to be really confused with the happy hour offer and it took quiet a long time and the manager for them to figure it out.

Was a little cold in the restaurant, could do with more heating

Chronically under-staffed. Those who were working were trying their hardest were friendly but a) appeared to lack experience b) simply had too much to do. Waiting 20 minutes for a drink from a bar three yards away isn't ideal.
