Bidrage med feedbackI had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was unnecessarily rude when I ordered my food. After waiting patiently for 25 minutes, I was told that the kitchen was closed and they couldn't make my order. The staff had even lost my ticket. I received a refund, but the customer service was lacking. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I waited for about an hour for my food, but it never arrived and I didn't receive a refund. Additionally, the staff was rude when I called to inquire about my order.
After visiting today I am completely disgusted with how the manager handled all the customers coming in during the government 50% discount scheme. They thought it was ok to be rude with all customers and only really serve whoever they wanted too while turning away a lot of customers who were already in the queue. After the food arrived the chips were burnt and the so was the chicken steak burger and the burritos were cold inside. I know they were busy but if you couldn’t handle it don’t sign up to the scheme. I completely gave up when the kids meal drink was also missing, I was scared of being treated rudely if I said it was missing so I just left it.
I have ordered from this restaurant twice, and both times my order was incorrect. When I called to inquire about it, the response was that it was placed in the takeout bag incorrectly. This is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, and I will be sure to inform others about their poor service. Absolutely disappointing experience.
My son decided he wanted the chicken and rice meal so i ordered online..around 2 hours later came and it was awful..stone cold and tasted horrible even my teenager agreed it wasn't worth the £9 and i could have cooked it better myself) has put me off pepes
