Le Arabian Nights - Birmingham

This shisha place is amazing, probably the best one I've been to in Manchester. The drinks are great and well-presented, and the shisha is perfect.

I went to the restaurant for a hookah session during the week and it was still busy. The hookah was good, but I was disappointed to find that the menu had changed to burgers instead of Middle Eastern food. There were a lot of college-aged people and it was noisy, so it wouldn't be the best place for a quiet chill evening. However, if you're looking for a lively experience similar to a club with hookah, then this would be the right place for you.

We love sisha bars. This is a little more lively. Music, belly dancers and hundreds of people cooling and enjoying a hookah. It's definitely worth the taxi ride! And when you get out you'll see a beautiful cruise, 100 cars. I love it. We'll be back.

So we went thinking there'd be a fun girl night. We got one that sucked! There were men who make you feel inside. We who pay and enter one also by the way pay cash, so we decide less than 1 minutes to be there, they don't want to stay. We ordered the money back. They told me no, even though we paid cash. So he said to call later at night sticking in mind was 60 pounds we paid. So we call not to answer all night. Like a joke, so the next day they called us until the night, until that manager I can't answer the phone even though he said this was the administrator number. So finally at 9:00 p.m. the next day they told me to go pick up the money and when we did it. . . : the director did not bother. Children attend. If they ask me!

After hearing all the hype, my friends and I decided to check out this restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. The ambiance was lacking, with uncomfortable seating and a questionable layout. The decor was tacky, with helium balloons reminiscent of a children's party. There was a foul odor in the air, and it seemed like the staff were trying to cover it up with air freshener. Speaking of the staff, their customer service was below par. We had to repeatedly ask for the coals to be changed, and it was hard to distinguish who actually worked there. The music playing was interrupted by lengthy ads, and we were even asked to move so that the staff could fluff the cushions. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience and will not be returning. There are plenty of better shisha lounges in Birmingham to choose from.
