Horrible. dry burger and nasty tenders. chips were mid and there were about 4 in the box actually seasoned. i am disappointed.

We visited on a Sunday lunchtime and it was pretty quiet. Ordered our food and it arrived pretty quickly. The portion size of the fries was massive! One portion would easily serve two people. The food was nice. Nothing special but it does what it says on the tin. A chicken shop. Overall we enjoyed the meal.

Regular user of this shop. Just getting more chaotic and food dried out. Priories are delivering and long wait for walk ins. Final straw was when I wanted wings and and a chicken breast, told we don’t have a breast cooked. My reply was can you cook one and I’ll wait, no was the reply, we only cook 12 items at a time. So a chicken shop that can’t cook chicken !

We were going to go to McDonald's and luckily found this place. We both had a chicken burger which was very tasty. The chips portion was really big neither of us managed to finish it. The garlic sauce was the best I've tried.

First time weve tried Jacqs ordered a delivery. Arrived earlier than expected so i cant fault the delivery. BUT Chips were cold, very greasy, inedible. Chicken was OK but, again, cold. Coleslaw was awful, watery and tasteless. Complete waste of money ended up in the bin. Will not be ordering from there ever again
