Coffee#1 - Birmingham

This is a lovely coffee shop right in the centre of Sutton Coldfield. They offer a good range of sweet and savoury eats and service is prompt and efficient even when busy. A special mention for Libby, who is always pleasant and welcoming. Focussed on great customer care, she is a credit to herself, her upbringing and her training.

Absolute shocker. Told after we paid that food was going to be a bit long, but hang on, 25 minute later and drinks drank, arrives the 2 panninis. Turkey and Cranberry (virtually no Turkey and baco. Was pink)and Tuna and cheese, (hardly no cheese) have a word with your supplier or try the product yourself.. No apology for delay and they were cooked to a crisp, we had run out of time to make a complaint, shame as the coffee shop had a welcoming atmosphere,

A spacious, air conditioned cafe with a great range of desserts and savoury products from which to choose. Service is prompt and efficient even in busy periods. A special mention for Assistant Manager Penny, who is always welcoming and delightfully interpersonal.

“My friend and I was embarrassed by the waitress in the shop. We thought it looks accommodating coffee shop but instead the waitress was rude and discriminated us. Asked us to leave because my friend is holding a bag of KFC. No matter how I explained that we come in to enjoy a cup of coffee and cakes but insisted to leave. How rude! We are paying customers for goodness sake! Sutton Coldfield branch, you sucks! Failed to customer satisfaction.” In my eyes, you obviously don't have good moral customer service. All I get is embarrassment, offensive and unworthy treatment. Never in my 20 years in Britain that I am treated this kind of a behaviour in coffeeshop or anywhere else.

Amazing and friendly staff, very welcoming and amazing smoothies served. Dog friendly also !!! Everyone walks round with a smile on their face overall very good coffee shop
