Wendy's - Birmingham

Wait for the ride break for too long. Never ordered because I might have gone home, slept until the next day, then went to the grocery store to buy hamburgers and pommes to cook for me... and would have eaten earlier than I had if I had stayed in the line thru.

This is the worst Wendy?s in Birmingham... I was triple charged for a order I didn?t make, which caused my debit card to overdraft... My food was moderately warm after waiting 20 minutes.. The service was horrible... this shouldn?t happen to paying customers

Everything was fresh and team work was in place I can get from the result of placing my order and get everything fresh and fast service. Kindness too.

I just recently got my food from there. It was awful! The burger was already under the heating tray for so long (you can tell because it was not freshly cooked) too much ketchup and mayo, which I did not like. Also, the bacon was fried too hard to the point where it?s tough to chew. The fries were halfway cooked and cold. They didn?t have much drink options either. But at least the lemonade was decent. The customer service was atrocious. They acted very careless and the drive through cashier, as she handed out my food, didn?t even change her gloves which I was very disappointed in. I will be calling management in the morning to file a complaint. I did not ask to receive customer service the way that I did. Oh, and don?t worry I will no longer be eating there, either.
